Search all media items processed by your Contact Centre.

 

 

Search Media

 

  1. Enter search term into ClosedSearch field
  2. Hit Enter on keyboard or press Search to run query
  3. Narrow date range using date-picker or ClosedDate Range Preset
  4.  

     

  5. Refine search range by selecting a ClosedSpeed-search toggle
  6.  
     
  7. Press Reset to clear filter selections

 

 

Search Results

 

  1. From the results pane, identify the Closedmedia type icon

  2.        

    Received call

    Webchat

    Placed call

    Callback

    Missed call

    Outbound dialler

    Email response

    Facebook post

    Email unanswered

    Twitter message

           
  3. Click anywhere on entry for ClosedDetails

  4.  

     

  5. Right-click phone call results and select Dial to continue conversation

 

TIP Controls to continue an email interaction (e.g. Reply) are contained at the top of the details form for any email item returned in search.
