How do I configure an Outbound Campaign?
Administration > Features > Outbound> Campaigns

Create a
Dial List
-
Create a spreadsheet with the following headings and enter customer information

Save As either Excel Workbook, Text (Tab delimited) or CSV (Comma delimited)

Right-click and select
New to create a New Campaign
- Upload and schedule the Dial List using
Campaign configuration tabs

Enter a campaign name, use drop-down to assign to a queue then tick Enabled |
Datasource |
Use drop-down to confirm Dial List file type then upload using  |
Column Mapping |
Match Dialler headings to Dial List headings using drop-downs |
Import |
Press Import Now then View Schedule to launch Schedule Settings |
Disposition Codes |
Tick codes to be used & Move Up / Move Down to order agent inputs |
