How do I add or update Disposition Codes? 

Administration > Features > Outbound>Disposition Codes

 

1. Right-click and select New to open configuration interface

2. Enter a Name and Description for the code

3. Assign an Action from the default disposition actions

   	Delete	Deletes the contact from Dial List (e.g. phone number is invalid)
   	Close	Outbound Dialler will not re-present contact to agents
   	Defer	Outbound Dialler will re-present contact after a specific duration

    

   

    

4. For Defer codes, set Defer Duration in Days, Hours &/or Seconds and permission for Agents to set duration
